blackdog: Thanks Peter - traffic cones are a bit of a magnet for me - especially when they are placed out of context.

Things out of context always amuse or perplex
blackdog: Indeed - perhaps I should run a three month series like another blogster of our acquaintance!

Chris found the fitting words - yes, I'm a bit confused - and it all looks a bit dirty?
blackdog: Thrown into some strange drain in Penzance - I am guessing it is a small stream that passes beneath the road and then flows into the sea.

We seem to be attracted to throwing things in water Mike. As a child I used to throw stones, still like trying to skim them too.
blackdog: Me too - the skipping stones bit. I was also fond of Pooh sticks and noticed today that the original illustration of the Pooh bear playing Poohsticks with Piglet and Christopher Robin will now be sold by Sotheby’s next month. Price is estimated to be between £100,000 and £150,000.
If everyone placed a traffic cone in a totally inappropriate place it would brighten the country up no end.

Love this Mike
blackdog: Thanks Bill - perhaps I should run a three month series like another blogster of our acquaintance!
Love the deep contrast
