Weird shot. The movement makes it feel jittery. The stuffed gingerbread man (is that what he is?) is rather creepy. Her gaze is very intense too. I like how unique it is.
blackdog: He's an inside out Teddy Bear, yes very creepy ;o)
Well this is a strange intense image Mike: very agreeable. You could do a whole series on making cuddly things sinister
blackdog: Not sure I could sustain that Chris - but then I probably make most things sinister ;o)
You ought to get really in to psychological imagary Mike. richard
blackdog: Or maybe I should just see a psychiatrist!
What an immense image .. fantastic shot ..love it. The inside out bear is so alarming.
blackdog: Thanks John - yes he's very alarming, just had to photograph him!

Love the B&W ot it, the movement is just good enough to get the mysterious look, BTW I do see two 'teddy's'... in Holland we have the name 'Teddy' for the thing, the lady is wearing too, (I am sure you will have the same in english), have a great day.
blackdog: Thanks Astrid and yes you are right two teddy's - which explains my choice of title ;o)

Lol at Bill. This Teddy is definitely not the cuddly kind. A thought-provoking image - I like the sense of movement as though everything is tipping over the edge into madness - soft toys on acid! The woman's gaze is very compelling and echoes the blank stare of the bear.
Ingrid
blackdog: Definitely an edgy image to suit the creative work here - I choreographed the bear to suit the woman's gaze. I am sure they were very happy together ;o)
Very nice moody shot Mike. Quite a thought provoking image! Well done.
blackdog: Thanks Richard ;o)

It feels intimate to me, not threatening or sinister. May I need to join you on the trip to the psychiatrist.
